| Founded in 2003 by three minority students in the Berkeley
MBA program, Infusion's mission is to revitalize minority communities
through education, economic development and community empowerment. While
our mission lays the foundation of our work, our board sets the vision
and helps create the change we want to see in our communities. Please read below to find out about the members of the Infusion Strategic Planning Board.

| Clay Akiwenzie graduated
from Stanford University with an honors degree in Religious Studies. After
working for a year as an AmeriCorps Volunteer at the American Indian Public
Charter School in Oakland, Clay worked for four years at the Native American
Health Center, most recently as their Youth Services Director. During
his time at the health clinic, Clay helped organize community support
for a mixed-use affordable housing development in Oakland's Fruitvale
district. This experience spurred his interest in affordable housing development
and has opened doors for a new career. Clay has recently received his Masters in Business Administration at U.C. Berkeley's Haas School of Business with certificates in Real Estate Development and Health Care Management. This summer Clay will begin working in Community Lending at Wells Fargo Bank. In addition to his professional pursuits, Clay volunteers as a soccer coach for a Native American soccer team in East Oakland and is a co-founder of Infusion. |

| Angel Martin, a California
resident for over 15 years, earned her undergraduate degree in Mechanical
Engineering at Stanford University. Upon completing her undergraduate
degree, Angel joined SBC as a participant in the Leadership Development
Program. After working for SBC for three years, Angel realized that she
needed more skills to better prepare herself for a position in senior
management. In 2002 Angel left SBC and returned to school to obtain her
MBA, graduating in 2004. Upon completion of her MBA, Angel has decided to transition from the telecommunications industry to technology. Angel will pursue her passion for technology at Intel in their supply chain operations and will continue to work at Infusion, an organization she helped to start. |

| Michelle D. Thomas Michelle
D. Thomas obtained her Bachelors degree in Business Administration-Finance
after graduating from Oakland High School. After almost four years in
the Financial Services Industry in the Central Valley, she decided to
return to the Bay Area and utilize her financial skills in the Planning
organization at GAP Inc. After two years as a Merchandise Planner at Gap,
Michelle decided to return to school to strengthen her business skills
as she makes her transition into the world of Nonprofit and Public Management. After obtaining her MBA from the Haas School of Business in May of 2004, Michelle will continue her work with the Level Playing Field Institute where she is the Marketing and Outreach Manager for the Institute's Workplace and Education Programs. |

| Cedric Brown is the Institute's Director of Higher
Education Programs. His focus at LPFI is on educational programs that
are working to increase access to opportunities for underserved and underrepresented
constituencies. Cedric is the director of IDEAL, a scholarship and leadership
development program for African American, Latino, and Native American
students at the University of California at Berkeley, sits on the advisory
board of Infusion, and serves as chair of the San Francisco College Access
Center Consortium. He also administers the LPFI grants program. Cedric has extensive experience in education and philanthropy, most recently at the San Francisco Foundation. He holds a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.A. from Stanford University. |

| Freada Kapor Klein, Ph.D. has been working on
issues of discrimination and diversity since the early 1970's. In 1976
she co-founded the first organization in the United States to offer comprehensive
services, training, and consultation on the topic of sexual harassment
to both the private and public sectors. In 1987 she founded Klein Associates,
Inc., an organizational development and human resources consulting firm.
Her clients run the gamut from top tier international law firms, to Wall
Street financial services firms, to Silicon Valley start-ups. Freada currently
devotes the majority of her time to work in the non-profit world. In 2001
she founded the non-profit Level Playing Field Institute (www.lpfi.org),
which promotes innovative approaches to fairness in higher education and
workplaces by removing barriers to full participation. She is also a co-founder of the IDEAL Scholars Fund ( www.idealscholars.org), which gives undergraduate scholarship awards designed to attract outstanding, well-rounded students of color to study at the University of California at Berkeley. |

| Kim Cauhape Manca graduated from
UC San Diego with a BS in Management Science, then immediately began a
graduate program at the University of Southern California where she obtained
a Masters in Accounting. She worked at the San Francisco office of Deloitte
and Touche in their Audit and Assurance group. While at Deloitte she earned
her CPA, taught national training seminars, and completed a rotation in
the New Zealand office. She left Deloitte after four years, and accepted a job at 12 Entrepreneuring, a start-up technology firm. In 2002 Kim returned to school at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, finishing her degree in May 2004. She has accepted a position in the Credit Management Training Program at Wells Fargo beginning in July 2004. |

| Monica Stevens, a native Californian, grew up
in Oakland. After graduating with a B.S. in Political Science from the
United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, she served as an officer
in the U.S. Navy. Afterwards, Monica worked in San Francisco as a project
manager for a political consulting and lobbying firm, focusing on real
estate issues. She subsequently received an MBA from the Walter A. Haas
School of Business at UC Berkeley with a focus in real estate finance.
While at Haas, Monica was a Consortium for Graduate Study in Management
fellow. After graduation, she joined Wells Fargo and completed the Credit Management Training Program. She spent the next several years as a commercial real estate lending officer in the Capital Markets Group in San Francisco. Monica is currently the Director of MBA Recruiting for the Wholesale Bank. She is currently active on several Boards that focus on diversity issues at the Haas School of Business. |

| Michael A. Torres As Lend Lease Rosen's Chief
Executive Officer, Michael manages over $3.0 billion in real estate securities
for public and private pension funds. Prior to joining Lend Lease Rosen
in 1995, Mr. Torres was director of real estate research and a portfolio
manager for Wilshire Asset Management. At Wilshire he created the Wilshire
Real Estate Securities Index, which is widely recognized as the industry's
performance benchmark. Mr. Torres serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors
to the Lend Lease Funds. He is a member of the New America Alliance and
the NAREIT Investor Advisory Council. Additionally, Mr. Torres is a member
of the Board of Advisors of the Corporate Governance Center at the School
of Business at Kennesaw State College. Mr. Torres is also involved with
the Toigo Foundation as a Board Member and as a mentor in the Foundation's
Mentor Program. Mr. Torres, a native Californian, resides in Alameda, CA with his wife, Nancy, and two sons. Mr. Torres is the eldest of five children raised in Southern California. He earned a B.A. in Architecture and a M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. |

| Rashell Young completed her Bachelor's
degree in Psychology at UC Berkeley and is currently a dual degree MBA/MPH
candidate for 2005. While her background is in litigation consulting,
she is currently leveraging her interest in business issues surrounding
disease management to pave the way to a career in healthcare. At Berkeley,
Rashell is a mentor for Young Entrepreneurs at Haas (YEAH), a campus program
that works with at risk youth. She is also a member of the Healthcare Club, President of the Black Business Students' Association, and a Haas Student Ambassador. Outside of Haas she sits on the Advisory Board for the Charlotte Maxwell Complementary Clinic, a non-profit organization serving low-income women diagnosed with cancer. |
